For several winters now, @atmosenergy has partnered with @catholiccharitiesks to provide clients financial assistance for natural gas bills. This year, the energy company donated nearly $80,000 and we are so grateful! Thank you for helping keep our clients warm during the cold winter weather.

An estimated 38 percent of Kansas households are struggling financially. Families are making difficult choices between purchasing food or paying for rent. They are living paycheck to paycheck with no extra money available for an unexpected expense, such as a car repair. @catholiccharitiesks is committed to lifting those we serve out of poverty, moving them from a place of needing help to one of having hope.
Our Wyandotte County Food Pantry, located at 600 Minnesota Ave, will reopen and resume normal business hours beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, January 13 at 9am.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during our brief closure for remodeling the facility. We are so excited to welcome clients and volunteers back to a refreshed space!
