About the Show

Kansas City’s Warmest Holiday Tradition

The Viviano Variety Show is an annual staple for Kansas City families. What began as a friends-and-family celebration in a Johnson County home has grown into an extravaganza of singing, dancing, and comedy that has raised over $2.25 million for local charities in the past 38 years.

This year’s farewell event once again benefits Catholic Charities Foundation of Northeast Kansas. As a ministry of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas, Catholic Charities dispenses love and hope to neighbors in need. Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas provides many specialized programs across a 21-county service area. Each day, Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas touches people’s lives more than 1,400 times.
