WILL YOU HELP? Please share this post with your friends. Donating food is a simple way to help your neighbors in need!

Please help us feed our neighbors in need! We are desperately low on the following food items in our pantries:
• Canned meat (tuna, chicken, and salmon)
• Canned dinners (soup, chili, stews low sodium)
• Peanut Butter
• Canned or dried beans except pork and beans
• Nuts
• Canned fruits
• Low sodium vegetables (mixed vegetables/carrots/peas)
• Pasta Sauce and canned tomatoes
• Cereals (whole grain, low sugar content)
• Whole grains (pasta, pancake mix, ect.)
• Oatmeal or grits
• Rice (brown, white, or basmati)
• Flour
• Snack bars (granola, protein, etc.)

Drop off your donated food items at the Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas Emergency Assistance Centers nearest you: https://catholiccharitiesks.org/eaclocations
