Shalom House is an amazing place. I never thought I would be in a situation like being homeless. I’ve been to many organizations for assistance, and I have found that Shalom House is as close to being at home and welcome. The meals are great as a person could ask for. A place to rest and lay down your head peacefully. The individuals I have met are friendly and helpful. The staff and director are very honest and up front, which I appreciate.
The kindness that I have been shown is very comforting and sincere. Now I am hopeful that I can find a stable position. With Shalom House help, I feel more confident in my future. I was losing faith, but not anymore. My thanks to Shalom House!
