Olathe Family Support Center (FSC) Clothing Closet Renamed “Sue’s Closet”

Since 2001, Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas’ Olathe Family Support Center Women’s Auxiliary Clothing Closet has provided free clothes, shoes and accessories to thousands of women in need. Individuals and families that come to Catholic Charities for assistance are able to access TurnStyles Thrift Stores for clothing donations; the clothing closet in Olathe has provided a secondary option for women and female children.

This past February, the clothing closet was renamed Sue’s Closet, in memory of volunteer, Mary Sue Ercolani. Sue was one of the founders of the clothing closet and had helped organize and lead a group of 18 to manage the closet throughout the years, sorting donations and assisting clients who visited.
