Thank you to everyone who helped us “raise funds while having fun” at the 43rd Annual Ben & Betty Zarda Family Golf Classic! This year’s event was held on a beautiful spring day at a stunning new location, Canyon Farms Golf Club. We heard from many golfers, staff and volunteers about how much they enjoyed the day and new location. 

With deep appreciation for event attendees, sponsors and supporters, we are excited to announce that this year’s Golf Classic raised nearly $175,000! Since 1981, this tournament has raised more than $3 million, helping to support the 30+ life-changing programs administered by Catholic Charities. 

For over four decades, the event’s Fund-A-Need initiative has provided vital food assistance to families and children throughout the summer months. It is during this time that families who rely on free or reduced-cost lunches during the school year, turn to us to help feed their children through mobile food distributions, food pantries and our Kids Summer Food program.
