La Luz provides inexpensive professional legal services to low-income, foreign-born individuals and their families. The Shepherd’s Voice airs on KEXS 1090 AM, Sunday at 8:30 am, and then repeats Monday at 11:30 am and Thursday at 3:30 pm.
