One of our Catholic Charities’ managers has been working with Jaclyn for several months. She was experiencing homelessness and fleeing domestic violence. Jaclyn had been looking for housing for months, but continuously ran into barriers of needing a co-signer or the apartment not passing inspection. After months of searching, Jaclyn finally found an affordable apartment that met all of the housing grant requirements. Catholic Charities approved her for six months of rent assistance and an additional six months of case management to help her with any ongoing needs. Jaclyn is ecstatic to finally have her own place for her and her son to call home. Welcome home, Jaclyn! #hopestory
