• At the age of 40, Brent enrolled in our St. Rita program and obtained his HVAC certification. He now earns a livable wage and is able to provide for his family.

• Nicki, a single mom of five, qualified for our Kansas Loan Pool Project (KLPP) to eliminate the predatory loans that were consuming her meager income. Now, she attends nursing school and is building a better life for her family.

• Grandma Tina, with the Foster Grandparent program, met a boy who was physically challenged and autistic. They connected and formed a special relationship. Their time together “was like medicine for the soul.”
