Hi, my name is Fahdil and this is my hope story…

I was a refugee from Iraq when I heard about Aspire Cleaning Service through my friend, who is their cleaning team lead. We both worked in the housekeeping department at an American Military hospital in Iraq. I first resettled in Colorado and was working as a driver for the airport. I was unable to keep up with our bills because the cost of living is so high in Denver.

When my friend told me about Aspire I was immediately interested. I decided to move my family to Kansas specifically to work for Aspire and to find affordable housing. My friend, who worked as the cleaning lead of Aspire, gave me a glowing reference and told his manager that they would not be disappointed if they hired me. I have been hired part-time as a Lead Janitor for Aspire and should be moving to full- time soon. I have been flexible and committed to the work, helping out whenever needed. I’m happy to have this new opportunity to support my family.
