A Christmas Message from Ken Williams, CEO

One of my favorite Christmas carols is “O Holy Night”.  The song implores us all to fall on our knees to worship Jesus, our newborn King.  This famous verse is known to bring many to tears or at a very minimum, sends chills up the spine of most.  I like this verse too: “A thrill of Hope, the weary world rejoices”.   Many of the most weary amongst us seek Hope at Catholic Charities.  Our staff and volunteers do an amazing job of attending to the daily needs of the weary, the hungry, the lonely, and the broken.  By sharing a reassuring smile, or a warm hug, or a sympathetic ear, they also dispense Hope.  The same thrilling Hope that “O Holy Night” describes.  The same Hope that should drive us to our knees.

On behalf of our staff, volunteers and all those we serve, thank you for supporting our ministry.

Merry Christmas!
