Video: Photo Project Documents “New Roots” Program

In 2010 Sara Forrest photographed refugee farmers with the New Roots for Refugees program supported by Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas. New Roots operates a training farm with Cultivate KC where refugees utilize their agricultural skills to develop their own farm businesses to sustain their families and build a healthy, community food system.
