TurnStyles Thrift Store now has food donation barrels in each of our stores and donation bay areas as part of a new initiative to support Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas food pantries. If you are interested in donating the next time you shop, please consider contributing unexpired canned and non-perishable food items, diapers, tooth brushes, tooth paste, unopened body lotions, hair conditioner and shampoo or shaving products. 

“Many of our generous donors already include food items with their household donations, so we’ve created a central drop-off spot to make giving even easier and more organized,” shared Keisha Gracius, Senior Director of Social Enterprise Operations. “Customers already recognize that shopping at TurnStyles directly supports the life-changing programs and services offered by Catholic Charities. Adding these donation bins goes a bit further and transforms a routine shopping trip into an opportunity for compassion and community impact,” she added.

If you are unable to donate a physical item, please consider rounding up your purchase total to help fight poverty! Simply ask a cashier to round up your purchase to help feed neighbors in need served through Catholic Charities.
