Audio: “Immoral” Levels in Payday Loans

Amelia Reyes, Director of Asset Development for Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, along with Brittany, a mother of two who benefited from debt relief, were on a recent episode of “Shepherd’s Voice.” They spoke with Archbishop Naumann about the evils of usury and the good work being done by Catholic Charities’ Family Financial Transformations program.


Shepherd’s Voice airs on KEXS 1090 AM Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and is repeated Mondays at 11:30 a.m. and Thursdays at 3:30 p.m.
