Catholic Charities Foundation of Northeast Kansas, a 501(c)(3) organization established in 1956, serves as the primary resource for strategic and fiscal support to the 30+ ministries provided by Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas. The Foundation plays a key role in Catholic Charities’ ability to continue advancing the mission of providing Help, Hope and Hospitality to those in need throughout our 21-county service area.

How It Works

Every year, as a part of the annual budget process, the Foundation invests into the operations of Catholic Charities, ensuring that 90% of our funding goes directly back into the hands of those that need our help the most.

The Foundations’ assets are harvested through a variety of revenue levers including capital campaigns, family foundations, individual contributions, estate gifts, memorial gifts and special event revenue.
