Program Description
The St. Rita Program helps participants pursuing healthcare certifications transition into meaningful employment through mentorship, career coaching, and professional readiness. Professional Development Mentors provide one-on-one or small-group guidance focused on building confidence and skills needed to successfully enter the workforce.
Volunteers may help students strengthen their resumes, practice interview skills, and understand workplace expectations in healthcare environments. Mentors serve as role models and career coaches, encouraging students to take the next step toward long-term success and independence.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in human resources, management, or career development who want to share their knowledge and help students achieve career stability.
