Education & Career Services for Migrant Communities
Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is committed to helping newcomers build stable and successful lives. Our Migrant Employment Program connects individuals and families from diverse migration backgrounds to resources that help remove barriers to employment and provide the skills, support, and opportunities needed to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
Many newcomers arrive in the United States with employment authorization and bring a wide range of professional, technical, trade, and labor skills. They contribute valuable talents, experiences, and perspectives to our workforce and communities. Most importantly, they are eager to build a brighter future for themselves and their families, achieve financial stability, and make meaningful contributions to their new communities.
