Ingredients
- 1 cucumber skinned and grated.
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 red Thai Burapa pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Directions
- Pound the chili and fennel seed in a mortar and pestle.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, stir, and serve.
- This is a fresh, light twist on a traditional cucumber salad and goes great with a spicy curry dish- the yogurt helps cut the burn of even the hottest chili peppers!
