Italian Style Swiss Chard

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Swiss chard
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic coarsely chopped.
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.

  4. Heat the olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a large skillet over medium heat until aromatic, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the drained Swiss chard, cook and stir for 2 minutes, season with salt to taste.
