Hlu Thang and her husband Ling Thang are second year farmers at Juniper Gardens Training Farm. They arrived in the United States in 2015, and love their new home in Kansas City, KS. You can find one or both of them at the KCK Farmers Market outside of the Merc Co+Op off of 5th and Minnesota Ave this summer. They’ll be selling a wide variety of vegetables there on Saturdays from 7:00am-11:00am.
