Thank you for considering a gift to Catholic Community Hospice, the area’s only Catholic faith-based hospice. Your generosity helps make it possible for us to provide end-of-life care to those with no ability to pay.  It also provides you with several ways to memorialize a loved one that benefited from hospice care.

MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS

Another way to support the work of Catholic Community Hospice is to make a contribution in the name of your loved one, and  encourage others to do the same. Contributions made in your loved one’s name by other parties will be recorded and made available to you for your convenience.
